Conditions of the Sale (Within 48 Hours)

The Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health and has received the following: 

- Age-appropriate vaccinations 
- Age-appropriate deworming 
- Veterinarian Exam

A. The Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving the puppy. If within 48 hours, a licensed veterinarian finds the puppy to be unhealthy or unfit for sale, the puppy may be RETURNED for a full refund, provided that the puppy has not been injured or neglected. The veterinarian must provide a written statement deeming the puppy as “unhealthy” for purchase.The Seller guarantees the puppy against FATAL viruses for 48 hours. These include Distemper, Parvo, and Corona. The guarantee does not cover any minor illnesses such as Kennel cough, dehydration, allergies, internal or external parasites/worms, hypoglycemia. However, the seller will disclose any known illnesses or health issues prior to the sale.

B. After 48 hours Seller will not issue refund to buyer unless it is within the genetic
health guarantee

1 Year Genetic Health Guarantee

The Seller guarantees each puppy up until their 1 year birth date, against all GENETIC DISEASES that can be DNA tested. 

A. The Seller must be notified by Buyer and provided a written document from a veterinarian verifying genetic disease or with current diagnosis and symptoms within 24 hours of veterinary appointment. 

B. Seller can request Buyer to seek a second opinion at Buyer’s cost. 

C. Buyer will not be reimbursed by Seller for costs accumulated from veterinarian or any other health care expense. Seller will be reimbursed for the price they paid for the puppy. 

Seller DOES NOT cover

Non-life threatening conditions, some examples are: 

- Inguinal and umbilical hernias 
- Retained testicles 
- Recessed vulva 
- Cherry eyes. 
- X-rays 
- Grade 1 or 2 luxating patellas 
- Respiratory infections 
- Low blood sugar (hypo-glycemia). This is preventable and it is your responsibility to make sure your puppy is eating enough. 
- Diagnostics related to grade 1 or 2 heart murmurs. 
- Any infectious diseases contracted after the date of sale. 
- Allergies 
- Malocclusions-(crooked teeth placement) As your puppy grows and develops the teeth are ever changing and it can be difficult to predict their final placement. Due to this, we do not cover any costs associated with any dental or bite abnormalities or vet bills associated with your puppy’s teeth. 
- Any diagnostic tests without prior approval.

D. If the puppy should die from a suspected congenital/genetic defect within 12 months of its birth date, an autopsy must be performed at the purchaser’s expense by a veterinarian. If the autopsy shows a congenital/genetic defect as the reason for death, the seller will refund the purchase price of the puppy. A written statement from the licensed veterinarian must be provided with the Seller’s name. The guarantee is void in the event of an indeterminable or inconclusive diagnosis. If an autopsy is not performed this guarantee is no longer valid. 

E. Buyer agrees to maintain this dog in good health and will provide routine preventative healthcare. Regular vaccinations, parasite control and preventative medications will be administered as set forth by a Licensed Veterinarian. Veterinarian records will be required in the event of requesting a refund. If routine healthcare has not been provided, this contract will be null and void. F. If this puppy/dog is sold to a third party, this contract shall be void.


Condition of the Sale

A. Buyer understands that puppies may exhibit certain undesirable behaviors (nipping, chewing, barking, marking, etc.) Buyer is responsible for ongoing, lifetime socialization and training of the puppy to correctly teach acceptable behaviors on their own, Buyer agrees to seek professional help from certified trainers. Doodles are typically affectionate and friendly, and My forever best friend would not knowingly place a puppy with an unsound temperament with any family. However, no one can guarantee the future temperament of a dog due to environmental influences, improper training or socialization, neglect or abuse. Therefore, My forever best friend does not warrant such. 

B. The seller does not guarantee size or color. Seller will give the buyer an estimated guess due to the weight and color of the puppies parents. 

C. The buyer agrees to allow the sharing of images and videos on social media. 

D. Buyer understands that there is no guarantee or promise that the puppy will be non-shedding and/or hypoallergenic. Of course, this is our desire and we breed for this quality but there is always a possibility that a dog may shed. Sometimes a person allergic to dog’s saliva or to some environmental trigger, if so; a cockapoo may still trigger allergies. 

E. The Buyer agrees to contact the Seller if they are unable to keep their puppy/dog for any reason. Both the Buyer and Seller will determine how the dog will be rehomed. The dog is to never be rehomed or placed in a shelter-like facility without consulting the Buyer. Seller does not give full refunds back to Buyer(s) who decide they can’t keep the dog/puppy. Seller will rehome the dog/puppy and whatever rehoming fee the seller receives will be given to the buyer. If you have found a home for the dog/puppy . He/She must contact me to be interviewed and approved.

The Buyer agrees to provide the best care possible for their puppy including, but not limited to: 

A. Raising the puppy indoors 
B. Maintaining veterinarian care on an annual basis including vaccinations 
C. Feeding quality puppy/dog food 
D. Seeking veterinary care when dog is sick or injured 

The Buyer understands the risk of loss or injury to the above animal is on the Buyer at all times after the puppy leaves the seller and agrees to be responsible for all expenses associated with their puppy including but not limited to:

A. Transportation 
B. Medical costs 
C. Training costs 
D. Food costs 

and understands the Seller does not accept any responsibility for expenses associated with the puppy/dog. 

The Buyer understands this puppy is not to be used for breeding and is being sold as a pet without breeding rights. 

The Buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed/neutered by 12 months of age, by a licensed veterinarian and provide proof to Seller by 13 months of age or owe Seller $3000 & will result in voiding the genetic health guarantee. 

The Buyer understands that at the time of sale the puppy is structurally and temperamentally suited for a companion and/or working dog, not for breeding. The Buyer agrees that if this puppy is bred or has studded a litter, the Buyer will owe the seller a fine of 10,000.

Statement of Agreement

 I as the Buyer of the puppy described in this Contract of Sale and Warranty, so hereby declare that I have read and fully understand and agree with the terms, conditions, and warranties contained herein. TT Seller affirms that the dog/puppy described in this Contract of Sale and Warranty is the dog delivered to Buyer. Seller agrees to the terms, conditions, and warranties contained herein.
